ORDER ACCEPTANCE:

The acceptance of your order begins with the delivery of an email from Velnora Clothing or confirmation window after checkout, along with a system-generated order number.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Velnora Clothing reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, items being out of stock at the time of processing or fulfillment, technical errors during order placement, suspicious or negative order history, products being found defective during quality checks, incorrect/incomplete delivery or email address, pricing issues, or if a credit/debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order has been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be entertained.

DELAYS

Liabilities Not Assumed:
Velnora Clothing will endeavor to exercise its best efforts to provide prompt delivery in line with standard delivery schedules. However, Velnora Clothing will not be liable for delays in pick-up, transport, or delivery of any order due to circumstances beyond its control.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, storms)

  • Force Majeure events

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Political unrest

  • System or operational failures

For the purposes of these terms, Force Majeure refers to any event beyond the reasonable control of Velnora Clothing, which makes it impossible or impractical to fulfill our obligations. In such cases, Velnora Clothing shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or non-fulfillment.

ORDER PLACEMENT

Customers can make payments through the available payment methods listed on our website, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash on delivery (COD) where applicable.

  • We do not guarantee the availability of products shown on our website at the time of order. In case a selected item is out of stock, customers will be offered alternative options of equal value, or a refund where applicable.

  • Orders without confirmation may be cancelled without prior notice.

  • International orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

  • All stitching/custom orders must be 100% paid in advance.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

During Normal Business Days:

  • Local Delivery: 5 – 7 working days

  • International Delivery:  7-14 working days
